We enjoyed our 2-night stay in a king room. The staff made us feel welcomed, but some amenities could use upgrades. The interactive TV didn’t work well, restricting channels. For dining, explore local eateries instead of the hotel options for a better experience. Consider requesting conjoined rooms if traveling with friends.

We checked out a game at M & T Bank Stadium and enjoyed the complimentary area shuttle. The lobby bar and pool table were great hangout spots too. Rooms were comfy, and the staff was helpful. Just a heads up, the bed frames squeaked a bit when moving around but overall a nice visit!

Our fridge didn’t work at first, but a quick call to the front desk and they replaced it right away. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind for future stays.

My fam and I spent a night here before an early flight. Ryan at the front desk and Jasmine made us feel super welcome. They helped us get a wheelchair accessible room for my mom, which was awesome. The snack bar had some quick bites that were perfect for us. Only downside was the wifi was kinda slow for streaming.

I had a fun stay! The pool was a hit with the kids, and I really appreciated the clean, modern room. Also, the friendliness of the shuttle driver helped start the day positively. I would choose this place again!

Throw in a microwave that vanished after a fire incident, and you’ve got some serious inconvenience when you're just trying to heat up some leftovers. The room gave off a sense of hasty cleaning, from the partially ripped wall to the floor that felt dirtier than it should. Had a mix-up with room types, too—checked in to a handicap room meant for someone else. Maybe just caught this place on an off day, but I was expecting better.
